A DAY IN VENEZUELA 1

in #venezuela7 years ago

Hello, I hope you are well I am born and raised in Venezuela a country in South America of approximately 35,000,000 people in which life is worth nothing is lived great despair in the population and where one day as today we live so desperate and abandoned that is Difficult to describe the situation a country where the rulers are corrupt violence and insecurity prevail hunger catches us and the fear of leaving home is something normal I tell you my day today January 25, 2017

I am 24 years old and I left my studies for lack of money to pay the university hardly if I am able to eat and to pay services.

This morning I get out of bed at 2:43 am since I had to go to the store if you do not know in Venezuela there is a great shortage of food, ie there is no food to eat and what little there is is distributed in few places where there is Make great lines to be able to buy in addition to this to the number of identification or cedula weekly I can only buy one day the WEDNESDAY of each week today I got up I went to the supermarket near my house with fear of crime as always without a cell phone since I can only steal it I went with my ID and the money for the purchase These are fundamental requirements so after 5 to 8 hours of queues I can buy I stay stopped from 2:45 am until 8:30 am when they finally opened the supermarket Tired with desire to sleep touched another wait for the food we were going to buy only 2 RICE PER PERSON tells us the military these are used to protect the supermarket from looting among other problems that arise when making these large queues after so much fatigue Finally buy the precious food which should last a month if gentlemen a month two rice for me, my mother and my father thank god we are only three people in my house otherwise my situation would be even worse at approximately 10:00 a.m. I left the supermarket heading home as I used to work at 11:30 a.m. I work only half a day since I can not get another job and only for half of the minimum salary of the country that is very little money to support a normal day in my Work or lunch just to save that food pitifully confess that I only eat twice a day breakfast and dinner to save some food this situation that I live that we live Venezuelans do not want anyone is not normal for me and I do not get used to it I agree with so little it is so difficult to survive like this but like everyone we say "we have to get ahead", this post I do as a way to relate my day but without much detail was a difficult day where I miss some so unpleasant details where I say to myself I must get ahead for my parents and my future if I still have some future.

I hope it's to your liking and excuse how bad I express myself in English I use this page to earn extra money to support myself I'm just starting and I've never charged anything at steemit but I hope to keep sharing with you.

Hi @pandora,

I hope you're doing great. Just a heads up. Try to limit your postings to 4 a day. The inflation of posts will lower rewards. I am also new here. Just sharing my experience. I hope you don't mind.

Thank you for telling me I do not know much about the rules and I do not read English very well but thanks I'll take it

I understand. I am also new. So, I just want to help with what i have learned. :)
