Hi guys in this post i asked some friends to ask me question about what they wanna know better about the hardship in venezuela! , due the censure of media , to people internationaly is hard to understand what's happening here, so what is better than ask to somebody that lives here!!

Yes, we have a lot of oil resources but what most people dont know is that venezuelan government derives 96% of the foreign currency from oil to pay debts or regulated products.
And everything that Venezuela produces is oil, we have to import everything! so now the expenses are even greater than the revenues, increasing the international debt more and more
- What happened to cause this situation:
Well, inflation happened, and it all started when President Hugo Chavez began to expropriate private companies and put them in charge under incompetent people to run those companies, which quickly led to bankruptcy. The expropriations lost the confidence of international investors, and stopped foreign investments.
The expropriated companies were taken to the bankruptcy, diminishing the production of the country, causing that they began to scarce the products.
As a measure to the shortage of products of first necessity the president designated days for the purchase of these products:
You could only buy these "regulated" products if your identification number ends in:
Monday -> 1 and 2
Tuesday -> 3 and 4
Wednesday -> 5 and 6
Thursday -> 7 and 8
Friday-> 9 and 0
Saturday-> from 1 to 5
Sunday -> 6 to 0
When designating a day for the purchase the people who can not attend that day must buy the products resold at higher prices and there the black hole began
2.How do you see people having to cope/survive
The first thing you can see in the face of people is how they have lost weight over the years, to survive many people now do not eat the 3 meals a day, they feed little to try to lengthen the food through the days. and the little income produced is spent on food.
3.Explain how hard it is to get food and basic goods cause of the insane inflation?
I really wish it woul be like in any other country that you go to a supermarket and that's all... but na :(
if you are an average venezuelan that earn 4$ at month , the only way you have is to make long queue in supermarket to get littles amount of food. and then make long queue in farmacys to get shampoo at good price
that's because you cant do nothing with the minimun wage on venezuela... and that's happening now, in december prices increased so bad that i'm scared to think what will of this country on january:(
in Venezuela there is the president, a constituent national assembly formed by 420 assembly members "elected by the people", they are all chavistas (supporters to the government). around the president there are 40 ministers of justice, health, environment, science and technology, oil and several more, just to name a few.
is the supreme court that is in charge of the laws of our country
all these powers should be autonomous and enforce the laws.
But since they are all partisans of the government they do what the president says, making the president have absolute power over the country.
It is assumed that the political positions have a specific duration, but our president changes from one ministry to another to each person, making them always the same ministers and they respond to the president.
The recent economic sanctions that the United States took against Venezuela affected our country since 80% of the money that enters our country comes from the purchase of oil from the United States and with that, imports and public employees and all other expenses are paid , since Venezuela does not have its own production, it depends primarly on the sale of oil.
Yes, steemit can make the life better for an average venezuelan person, if the do well. starting with the simple reason that a minimum wage is $ 4, with steemit you can earn a lot more with a post.
Let's not forget that steemit is also a social network where you can promote your work skills, so steemit can also become a source of employment, earning in dollars you can afford to live in venezuela.
And yes, most people have access to the internet through a smartphone, the service is cheap, but what is not cheap is the smartphone, with a cost higher than 5 times the minimum wage, if someone steals your phone (something that happens very often) it will be very difficult to get a new one.

It's sad to see that Venezuela has turned into a banana republic, despite having a huge oil reserve. Thanks to the USA and their repressive foreign policy! Having that embargo on top of a corrupt government doesn't help, and the people are the ones paying for it.
Thanks for taking the time to explain those things. It's good to have information from the perspective of a Venezuelan citizen living under those dire conditions. The mainstream media doesn't talk about those things in North America. I believe Steemit and cryptocurrencies are the gateway to freedom to all nations. I've become aware of your humanitarian work with your fellow Venezuelans through @sircork's @YouAreHOPE project. Venezuela is a country that has much to offer, its people are the friendliest of Latin America always willing to help the visitor and leave the name of our country at the top, is our law. In the last 5 years we have gone through a myriad of problems in the economic field, which have affected our economy and our pockets. Every day the Venezuelan asks himself how long this situation will last, where we do not find the most basic products for any human being, such as: rice, bread, sugar, pasta, coffee, butter, etc. For the Venezuelan it is almost impossible to acquire this type of products, in any Super market. When we go out in search of some product, we are psyched that we can be in a colo for 5 hours or more waiting for a product to arrive or see if we have the opportunity to buy it. The normal thing is that we last 7 hours in a queue and do not even reach to buy. Going out for these products leads to having to miss a day of work, to go queuing in a super market, and it is a luxury that as Venezuelans we can not give, we can lose our job for missing a day.
This generates that we have to buy this type of products, the street vendors "Bachaqueros" that sell these products at a high price, for example; If in a super market we get a Colgate at 20,000 Bf (0.30 $) approximately, (Taking into account that the $ 1 in Venezuela is at 82,000 bf) so that they can do the conversion, if they are not from Venezuela. In the Bachaqueros we could find it in 80,000 bf (1 $). For a person who earns a minimum wage of 456.507 Bf (6 $) per month, it is not economical to buy a toothpaste. The President Nicolas Maduro increased the salary that was in 136.543Bf to 177.507Bf weekly, our food bonus was also increased from 189.000Bf to 279.000Bf. Resulting in a monthly salary of 456.507Bf taking into account the food bonus and base salary.
This decision was made in November of this year, it would be the fifth increase of 2017, which had the objective of attacking the increase of the products and helping the pocket of the Venezuelan. The truth is that nothing was resolved, the Venezuelan is afraid of the salary increase, it sounds illogical, but every time they increase their salary, all the products go up in price as well. Venezuela is stuck in an economic crisis that does not give breathing to an immediate solution, this accompanied by the political problems that generate a slowness to possible solutions. The Opposition and the Oficialismo have been in charge of general chaos in the Venezuelan population, with their inefficiency in not solving the problems that daily suffocate the common citizen, they have focused on a fight of children where they do not They know who is better or worse. the opposition in the parliamentary elections of December 2015, emerged as winners, thanks to the support that the people gave in giving that vote of confidence to this political group, which for years is promising a change, but instead of working for and for the people, they focused on getting revenge on the ruling party, with absurd decisions and thus lost in a direction that according to them, was to bring a change to the country. Added to that the ruling party using its power took advantage and against attack, removing the opposition from the national assembly. Venezuela is the carrier of the highest inflation in the world, which this year is located for the first time in the range of what is defined as hyperinflation, which is killing the country's economy.
Many private companies have seen the need to close their doors and not continue selling, since getting the currency has to enter the black market, since the government does not have dollars.
When a country does not produce what it consumes or what it uses, it looks against the wall and must buy from different nations a series of products that are essential. Having a car or motorcycle, for many people in these times has become a necessity, since with a means of own transportation we can be calmer when transported from one place to another. Unfortunately, the prices of these spare parts are from car or for a motorcycle, surpass what we could earn in 6 months of salary.
A few days ago I had to go out and buy some parts for my motorcycle and in a few spare parts I really needed to spend 1,750.00 Bf ($ 12) and I was short I still need to buy a few more things. The Venezuelano is already at the limit with this situation, we do not see an immediate exit to this enormous economic problem, day after day, many of the young people choose to leave the country, looking for a better life style for their families, that youth with dreams and goals. That Venezuela is losing because of the lack of manliness of a government that no longer cares about its country and wants to consume what little we have left ...

indeed, the project has been a great way to promote steemit in mi city, people gets interested in know how i can pay the expents of helping people in the streets if we are all in crisis, and the answer is the same: throught the help of steemit community, and yes, like that i have bringed some friends to the website, besides that we have helped a lot of people and we are plaining to help plenty more.
