I don't know. He and I can only communicate via Steemit comments, and we need to use online translators, so part of each message gets missed, if you know what I mean. I'm not very familiar with the process of delegating SP to make a return, but if someone else wants to discuss it with Edgar, feel free :)
It worth trying because I notice his RC is at 100% most of the time. He can afford to delegate some SP to earn some liquid returns to help him in the short term. Although then it’ll hurt his curation but that is a long term deal and right now he can use more steem.
