Los Nevados - Mérida - Magic town
Today I am going to tell you about the pleasant experience I had when visiting a small town in Mérida called Los Nevados, with approximately 2000 inhabitants and located at 2.710msnm
I have had the opportunity to visit it 3 times and every time the experience is even more beautiful, the villagers are super friendly and always look for ways to make you feel comfortable.
The road to get there, the belief say it's one of the most dangerous in the world because it is too narrow, located on the edge of a mountain and can only ride motorcycles or 4x4 rustic cars.
The trip starts from Mérida and approximately 5 hours later you'll arrive at this magical town where the inhabitants can offer you mule rides to the trout farm, the creek, the farm and walking or cycling trails (both are a tremendous experience that you must do).
If your thing is to disconnect from the routine to have a time alone with nature, Los Nevados is your destiny.

Hoy les voy a relatar la grata experiencia que tuve al visitar un pueblito de Mérida llamado Los Nevados, con aproximadamente 2000 habitantes y ubicado a 2.710msnm
He tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo 3 veces y cada vez la experiencia es más bonita, los habitantes del pueblo son súper amables y siempre buscan las manera de hacerte sentir cómodo.
La carretera para llegar hasta allá dicen que es una de las más peligrosas del mundo por ser tan angosta, ubicarse a la orilla de una montaña y solo pueden transitar motos o carros 4x4 rustico.
Sales de Mérida y aproximadamente 5 horas después llegas a este pueblo mágico en donde los habitantes te pueden ofrecer paseos en mula hasta la truchicultura, la quebrada, la hacienda y senderos caminando o en bicicleta (los dos son una tremenda experiencia que debes hacer).
Si lo tuyo es desconectarte de la rutina para tener un rato a solas con la naturaleza, Los Nevados es tu destino.
