Hello everyone!

Today's question is - "Do you also have those random days when you are constantly hungry?"

Today I am, so I figured out that I need to write a post about food. I am not a cook, but usually I cook very often for my boyfriend and myself and when I do I don't stick to recipes that much. Sometimes I just take a look in my fridge for something and make a new recipe during a process.

I already mentioned in my introduction story that I am vegetarian who sometimes enjoys fish or sea food, so almost every time my recipes are vegetarian.

Today I made veggie pancakes and I want to show you how easy it is to make them.

You will need:

3 potatoes
2 medium carrots
a half of yellow and green zuccini
(I had both, you can use only one color)
onion
one egg
fresh basil
himalaya salt
pepper
oil

For spicy sauce:

kefir
chopped garlic
greens
sriracha sauce

Wash vegetables, peel them if needed, shred, put over a little bit salt, mix and let them rest for 15-20min.

Chopp onion and greens. After 15-20 min take shredded vegetables, press them a little bit with a spoon and pour all excess water.

Mix vegetables with egg, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic. Make medium size pancakes and cook them in olive oil in frying pan.

After it is done, take all sauce ingredients and mix together, add sriracha sauce as much as you want.
