One of the sibling of cabbage family.Its a green plant whose large flower head is eaten as a vegetable.

Not knowing why other people hate the test of it,After listening lost of bad reviews regarding the bad test of Broccoli's I finally cooked a broccoli recipe and tested it.damm the test of it is really bad.This is actually my personal test experience obviously.I think many people(Including me) have only eaten after it's been boiled.or somehow we over burnt it.and then it tastes really bad and smells worse.

But recently, I came across a study about broccoli and that inspired me to give broccoli another chance.

Broccoli decreases the risk of many problems like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and overall mortality.

. And one of the compound have some properties which protest against cancer.

  • it is very safe and healthy to eat brocolli raw.Firstly make sure that it washs properly.
  • Raw cabbage is a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help protect your body.boiling it destroys up to 90 percent of the nutrients in this vegetable.

Disadvantages of Eating broccoli.

  • The most common side effect is Its make you sometime gassy.
  • Some people may have an allergic rash when they come in contact.
  • sometime it creates some Bowel irritation, because of its high amounts of fiber.

But overall Broccoli is a very valuable vegetable for daily intake.so I personally highly recommend it for a healthy life.
