PALPONGAL IN my style
Hi,Today I give one break fast recipe .Very easy to prepare and very delicious. That is PALPONGAL.
All of you know about ponga,but hear I make a pingal using milk so it has rich of protein.
Hear I use little bit water only for this dish.
INGREDIENTS :-
Rice. :1 cup
Milk : 4 cups
waterv: 1 cup
salt : as required
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
For this we take one big bowl put all ingredients and given messermants.Nix them well
Put this bowl in a cooker and Cook bthem well for 4 vissels.Turn off stove.
-After complete pressure going in ,remove from cooker and add required salt and mix them well.
- Yes it is ready to serve,if you serve with mixed vegetable curry with this pongal ,you fell very amazing taste.
Now PALPONGAL is ready to serve.
It is very easy and taste recipe. You don't get hungry until evening because it is very rich.
Hear I serve along with KARA CHUTNEY .
