HEALTHY AND LIGHT DINNER :)

I hope you are really enjoying your day.
Today I was a little bit sick so I would like to share with you my light light (but delicious) vegan dinner.
I suggest you this dishes for your dinner because they are light (you can sleep better).
This is my favourite salad with raw spinach, green lettuce, black olives, cherry tomatoes, grilled yellow pepper and a lot of chia seeds (which are very important for everyone because they are full of Omega3).
I have also prepared (in ten minutes) a cup of basmati rice with black pepper and white sesame seeds (you can add also some extra virgin olive oil or vegan soy sauce). It's a good alternative to eat if you don't have bread or breadsticks.
In the end (in only five minutes) I prepared a plate of black cabbage.
