Gluten Free Waffles- Recipe
How about some delicious fluffy waffles to celebrate this Sunday with? They are simple and healthy filled with protein and nutrition! 😍
We are on the road to Venice at the moment, the first destination on our trip to Spain!
Recipe:👇
- 1 cup rolled oats,
- 1/4 cup tigernut flour/almond flour,
- 1/4 cup buckwheat,
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk,
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tsp apple vinegar,
- 1 tsp gingerbread spices,
- 1 ripe mashed banana,
- 1 tbsp lupin flour/protein powder
Method: blend the rolled oats and buckwheat until you have a fine flour, add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix, add the wet ingredients and mix quick. Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles as usual.
Enjoy with toppings of choice!🤗😋😋😋😍
