Super Easy 5-Minute Udon Stir Fry Recipe (VEGAN)
This is the Perfect Udon Stir Fry 🤤🔥❤️ the recipe is simple, too (eating healthy is not hard!) You just need to sauté broccoli, green beans and mushrooms (opt: tofu, bell peppers, bok choy, etc) in a frying pan with a small amount of oil (or water) until they are at your desired crunchiness then add in your boiled udon noodles and mix with 2-4 tbsp of island teriyaki/soyaki sauce then top with sesame seeds for aesthetics! 🥦🍜 I know, adulting is really hard but I’m telling you - learn 10 of these easy but bombastic recipes and you’ll never struggle with what to eat again! 😁🙌🏼 I really hope you try it out from one bear to another!
