You're welcome, I may try this recipe soon... my sister had to stop her vegan diet but I'm sure she would love something tasty regardless!

I'm not exactly sure why she had to stop... something to do with needing more protein, nutrition can be such a funny thing, what is good really differs from people to people.
She is now a glutten free pescatarian!
