Why vegan diet is so healthy.
The reasons why a well-founded, vegan diet has many advantages over the average diet in Germany are many. Sausage is even classified by the WHO as carcinogenic. Animal fats burden the cardiovascular system. Milk is suspected to increase the risk of osteoporosis. Moreover, animal products contain - unlike any other vegetable food - inflammatory substances such as arachidonic acid, which among other things can promote the development of rheumatoid arthritis.

Even dealing with food often ensures a more varied and careful diet. For old age makes one often calmer - and more open to the pleasures of life. Especially people who are close to the pension, can benefit from the vegan transition - because it can bring freshness like a new hobby.
