Smothered Vegan Fried Chicken With Fried Onions

Hello Sweet peas,

Today we were feeling some good old fashioned smothered fried chicken with fried onions so I got to work in the kitchen. Excatly one hour later we sat down and had the most delicious comfort food for dinner. Gardeins “chick’n scallpini” was the perfect chicken substitute for the Southern dish.

I am completely happy to be able to still enjoy delicious food and keep it vegan. 🌱 Isn’t it just awesome?
