RAW VEGAN CARAMEL PECAN BROWNIES - Food Photography
This here is a recipe for my RAW VEGAN caramel brownie cups! Shiiiizzz I really out-did myself with these bad boys. They're seriously out of this universe haha
If you have a sweet tooth, get ready for these chocolate caramel explosions! These are seriously so delicious and decadent it's a bit unreal. The flavors of chocolate and coconut and caramel just go so perfectly together, gah! I love it if you couldn't tell!
Raw Vegan Caramel Pecan Brownies
Prep Time: 2 hours 25 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours 25 minutes
Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients:
For the Crust/Base:
1 1/2 cup coconut flour
5 large soft dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans OR almonds
1 tbsp cacao powder
For the Caramel:
4 tbsp raw tahini
3 large soft dates
1/8 cup maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
dash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
• Add brownie base ingredients to a food processor until chunky/doughy
• Remove and place into a non-stick baking tray of choice. I added a sliver of parchment paper on the bottom for easy removal
• Place in the freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes
• Next, blend caramel ingredients together until creamy and smooth
• Remove brownies from the freezer and place caramel on top of each brownie
• Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up and then it’s ready to eat!
• ENJOY!
