Fully Raw, Creamy Banoffee cake
I prepared a raw Banoffee cake for a family event today🍌🍌 I had no chance to take a professional photo of it because we couldn't wait to start eating it, and the whole cake was gone within a few minutes, but at least I took a quick shot to share with you guys 😄😋
The base is made of oats and dates, then I layered banana slices and date caramel on the top of each other, and topped it with coconut cream. It is sooo yummy!! It will definitely be one of my recipes in my upcoming cookbook 😊
