The problem I had with this was the way they framed every argument. While there is no denying that plant-based is almost certainly better for you, when they take the firefighters who were eating fried chicken parm sandwiches that are big enough for 3 people to share and then compare it to something else that is obviously better for you and then try to attribute all of the health benefits to the plants, this is deliberately misleading.
What if they ate eggplant parm sandwiches instead? Would the same results happen? Likely not... the comparisons are apples to oranges in most of the examples they use.
plus, almost all the experts on the show have a vested interest in veganism such as various programs they financially benefit off of if someone were to convert.
Arnold, someone who definitely spent his entire life eating tons of meat, being a vegan spokesperson is just bizarre. He's trying to remain relevant in the fitness and diet world i guess.
