Oh yummy, I am having rocket (arugula) in my second lunch salad. Yep, second lunch, isnt being Vegan great! you get to eat so much more delicious good. I bet this is delish with the orange and mint! Yummy.
I always forget it's also called rocket--which is a much more fun name than arugula!! :) I am also a fan of either second breakfast or second lunch. It's wonderful to be a veg-head and an athlete so you can eat all the things!!
