Vegan Sushi 🍣

My continued quest to have fish free sushi! I was able to finally find Unagi sauce which typically goes on eel rolls giving them a wonderful flavor! These were my sweet potato rolls which turned out to be awesome! Can’t wait to come up with another flavorful creation.
