VEGAN BLISS BALLS
These little mouthfuls of goodness were so super easy to roll up! Packed full of superfoods & made in under 30 minutes they are a delish little healthy treatie! I basically just soak a handful of dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then popped them in the food processor with a combo of a cup of almond meal, a cup of dessicated coconut, a sprinkle of chia seeds & activated pumpkin seeds, a spoonful of protein powder, 2 big spoons of cacao powder, a little coconut sugar & about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.. blend that up & roll the mixture into balls & roll in coconut to complete... mmmmm yum!!
