Need a delicious, healthy dessert in a hurry? Here's a super easy chocolate mousse recipe:

  • fruit of 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (I prefer coconut or flax milk)
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • pure maple syrup (to taste, approx. 1/2 cup, give or take)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of pink Himalayan salt

Mix above & the mix in blender for silky smooth texture. Refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
