Vegan Rolls - which is your fav?
How do you know someone is vegan?

Well when they introduce themselves they say, "Hi my name is Daisy and I'm vegan!"
It really fcks people off a lot of the time. You don't hear meat eaters introduce themselves by saying, Hi my name is George and I'm a carnivore".
But that's always the 'in joke' about vegans... they constantly tell you about it. Well guess what?
I'm vegan. There I said it but I'll not ram it down your throat or diss you because you eat meat. We live in a world of free choice and you can eat what the hell you want.
The thing I love about being vegan is that I eat rainbows... well not literally .... but my food is so damn colourful. Luckily for me I actually own a vegan restaurant on the Thai island of Koh Samui and so get to eat the most amazing creations.
So I thought I'd share the two vegan rolls we have below....
1) Cucumber Nori Rolls
2) Mango Summer Rolls
