Here’s another grocery haul video that you can get ideas from. In shopping for groceries, I suggest the following tips:
Make a list. Check your fridge and pantry for items that need to be replenished. This will help avoid going over your budget and forgetting essential items.
Eat before you shop. Shopping with an empty stomach will definitely cause you to go crazy picking up just about anything and everything.
Do not shop on weekends. Tuesday and Wednesday are the best days of the week to go shopping. Stores usually replenish their racks and aisles after they have been emptied during the weekend. Plus, there are fewer shoppers on these days.
Do not be lured by items on sale. Especially if you don’t need them. Just because something is being sold at a discounted price doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a good buy. More often than not, these items will stay at the back of your fridge or pantry if you didn’t even really need them in the first place.
