I have been vegan for 2.5 years now, and I have never felt better! It's much better to be conscious of what you are eating and how that is impacting your body and even the environment.

Would you say that going vegan reversed the high blood pressure and heart muscle thickening? Do you eat a whole food plant based diet or do you also eat processed vegan foods?
