GAINING MUSCLE ON A VEGAN LIFESTYLE

I had seen lots of vegan bloggers on YouTube, disproving the belief that vegans can't grow muscle on a plant-based lifestyle.

I've been vegan for a year now and I knew it was possible.

I had always been the skinniest in my family and friend around.

Throughout time I learned to love myself but I do want to challenge myself.

So up until very recently, I decided to hit the gym!

Keep in mind, before you wouldn't catch me dead inside a gym 😅

I have been going for a period of two weeks now and I do not plan on stopping!

I am currently weigh 130 lbs.

And at 17% body fat.

I will keep posting for the sake of tracking my progress.

I am super excited for this journey!
