We love making Jollof Rice! Because why does rice have to be so boring? Jollof Rice makes me excited for the staple grain 😍 Topped with Pink Beans - stewed to flavourful perfection and Fried Plantains that were so sweet and delicious! I could eat fried plantains all the time!

My personal favorite is almond and soy milk! I loveeee vegan milks! I think they taste so much better than diary milk and I’m lactose intolerant (like 75% of the world is btw) so there’s no aftermath for drinking a glass of milk!
I haven’t tried Hemp yet but I for sure will! Have you ever tried any of these milks? Which is your favorite and why?
