Making Me Expand

Purple carrot - like blue apron or sun basket, this one is geared towards vegans...And I LOVE IT!

Each week I'm sent 3 recipes I don't get to pick, I don't get to substitute..I just get to enjoy the cooking process and expand my flavor preferences...And I say that because that's exactly what it's doing.
