Best Vegan White Chocolate to Make at Home this Christmas
If You are a white/milk chocolate lover, but making an effort to eat healthy - dairy and white sugar-free, this is for You.
This is a pretty easy recipe.
If you cannot find raw cacao butter in your area, You can use raw coconut oil as a binder for your home made creations. It does alter the taste though, I love both products, yet prefer my super chocolates made with cacao butter that I get from my local super food suppliers.
To make these Christmas-y divine chocolates we need:
1/2 cup cashews, ground. Almonds OR macadamias will work as well
1/4 cup coconut cream powder OR lucuma powder (super food)
1 T coconut blossom sugar OR a few drops of stevia OR any other new earth sweetener of your choice
6 T cacao butter OR raw coconut oil, melted
2 T unsalted pistachios, ground
1/4 cup dry cranberries, chopped
pinch of Himalayan salt
2-3 drops of food grade Orange Oil (I like DoTerra) OR a tea spoon of orange zest
Combine all the ingredients, mix well, working the spoon for a few good minutes.
Pour the mixture into the molds of your choice and chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
If you dont have any molds at hand, simply allow the mixture to harden up a little and roll small balls, covering them in ground pistachios, raw cacao nibs or coconut shreds.
You can make these white chocolates look as sophisticated or as simple as you wish. They will please you and your loved ones in any form and shape. There is something very festive about cranberries, cacao and orange combination.
Enjoy!
Take good care of your Self and your loved ones.
I approve of this plant-based posts.
