A theological question about the two men who died on the cross next to the Christ ?

Could they have been in reality innocent as the Christ himself, and have been framed, by if I am right, the levi, hereditary sects in the rabbinical order?

complementary question : what is the relation of the orthodox with the "levis" as defined above?

anyway, sorry for my lack of knowledge, all around me is fake and based on lies...
