The Contagious Cancer Virus – Do You Have it?
If you’ve never heard of SV40, you definitely should read this. It may hold some truth as to why we are experiencing certain types of cancer, especially the rarer types of cancer and especially those found in young children.
A Trip Back in Time When Polio Vaccine Was Developed
The first polio vaccine, the inactivated polio vaccine (IPV), was developed in 1952 by Dr. Jonas Salk, an American medical student and virus researcher. The oral polio vaccine was later developed by Albert Sabin and its administration began in 1961. The first safety tests were conducted in the US and Canada, and the vaccines came from Connaught Labs of Toronto Canada.
To this day, the polio vaccine is still highly regarded and seen as a miracle that helped save lives from the crippling polio virus. But is there another side to the story?
Millions Given Vaccines Tainted with SV40
In 1954, the first polio vaccines were given to Pennsylvania school children. Around 98 million Americans received the vaccine between 1954 and 1963. From 1955 to 1961, 2/3 of the Canadian population under 40 had taken the vaccine, about 8.6 million people. Among the recipients included babies and pregnant women.
After millions of people had been vaccinated, the whopping discovery was made that the oral polio vaccine was tainted with SV40, or Simian virus #40, a monkey virus. But how did it get into the polio vaccine? The polio vaccine was grown on rhesus monkey kidney cells, then those kidneys were ground up and made into a serum.
How SV40 was first discovered to cause cancer
SV40 was discovered to be carcinogenic in 1960 by Dr. Bernice Eddy, a government researcher that was in charge of carrying out part of the vaccine safety tests. She first realized there was a problem when she injected monkeys with the vaccine and they became paralyzed. Notice, the polio vaccine was administered before safety tests were ever complete. (So much for protecting innocent lives!)
Dr. Eddy then injected the same kidney mixture used to grow the vaccine and injected it into hamsters. What happened next is shocking... the hamsters grew cancerous tumors. The SV40 was found to be a very powerful cancer inducer, so powerful, it's still used to this day to induce cancer in lab animals for cancer research studies.
Upon examining the kidney cells underneath a microscope, Eddy found the SV40 virus and proof the polio vaccine was contaminated with it.
In this stage of the game, you'd think it was obvious research needed to be done to evaluate the polio vaccine recipients' risk of cancer... but that did not happen. Instead, the government turned a blind eye. Their reasoning: The SV40 virus is carcinogenic to lab animals but probably not to humans.
The government really wanted to get this polio vaccine out even more and as quickly as possible, so instead of putting a halt to the vaccine, it was pushed forward. In 1961, the trials for the new oral polio vaccine began. In Canada, 25,000 people, even babies and expecting mothers, received the vaccine.
Dr. Benjamin Sweet Discovers SV40 in Injectable Polio Vaccine, Too
Not surprisingly, about one year following the discovery that SV40 had contaminated the oral vaccine, tests were done that uncovered yet another revelation: batches of the Salk injectable vaccine were also contaminated with SV40. Dr. Benjamin Sweet made this discovery when he injected the vaccine into hamsters, causing them to grow tumors. (The result was much like Dr. Eddy's prior experiments.) At this point, the capital of Canada, Ottawa, put a halt to the vaccine's distribution until Connaught had made changes to its vaccine purification process and switched to another type of monkey that wasn't a carrier for SV40.
Is SV40 Still a Problem Today?
Where one of the biggest problems still lies is the question of whether SV40 is causing rare forms of cancer even 6 decades after the first polio vaccines were given. These cancers have been found to contain the SV40 virus in human studies:
- lung cancers
- brain cancers
- bone cancers
- lymph node cancers
According to researchers at Baylor College of Medicine, “SV40 is a potent DNA tumor virus that is known to induce primary brain cancers, bone cancers, mesotheliomas, and lymphomas in laboratory animals.” Source
Connaught Laboratory makes polio vaccines, still today, and maybe their techniques are safter than they were 60 years ago. However, the damage has been done. Studies have proven that SV40 causes cancer and the virus has been found in numerous cancerous tumors of the lung, brain, bone, and lymphatic system, yet the government still does not take responsibility for its actions.
If the government will allow vaccines to be given to the population with viruses PROVEN to cause cancer in animals, then is there really such a thing as a safe vaccine? Typically, vaccine trials are done on lab animals, so if they get cancer during the trials, are the vaccines just passed on through to you and other unsuspecting victims? I think I’ve learned a lot from taking a look back into the history of the polio vaccine.
Don’t wait for the government to create safer vaccines. The notion is almost non-existent. Safe vaccinations? I don’t think they exist. Dr. Ron Gold, Connaught’s expert on SV40:
“Do we want our vaccines to be 100% effective and 100% safe? If we do, we would have no vaccines.”

The debate about vaccines is getting almost as polarizing as the debate about abortion. I have seen women shamed for deciding not to immunize their children. The medical industry is particularly vocal about making sure people get flu shots, even when they don't need them. I'm not sure if this is because of hubris in thinking they know best, kick offs from pharmaceutical's, or a true concern about the health of others. Truthfully there is no way to tell how safe a vaccine will be until it's used a couple of decades. Until then the government will make lives miserable by making laws surrounding our health, not because of any overwhelming evidence, but more likely because they have been generously rewarded by the AMA and big drugs.
Hi @torico, very true. Vaccines, like abortions, are about as controversial as it gets. I personally would never want to shame people who do get vaccines, either. And that's where it all goes back to freedom. Everyone should be able to make their own decisions. If you want to vaccinate your children, fine. However, those who vaccinate are not being fully informed and that's where I have the biggest problem. The vaccine inserts are full of warnings. But how many of these parents and caretakers who go into the clinic to get their kids or themselves vaccinated actually get warned?
I can just see that scenario played out... After the doctor or nurse reads all the warnings, then the patient is going to ask so many questions, and the doctor is not going to have the time or the patience to go over them fully. That's where we are at today, I believe. In my experience, doctors try and steer the visit away from questions and the whatifs as much as possible because it costs them extra time and money.
@nataliejohnsonThanks for making such an important and informative post. I reality we are little more than a walking potential revenue source to the big pharma money masters. Now they seek to make it a legal requirement for every man, women and child to be pumped full of increasing amounts of their poison, scary times! As time progresses information like this will become increasingly important as a way of giving an informed refusal. If you have yet to read the book "Dr Mary's Monkey" I would highly reccomend it.
I started to order that today, actually. There's not many novels that sound so intriguing. What saddens me the most is when the people I care about are so brainwashed by them, taking whatever the doctor prescribes and sometimes they know damage has been done but they still keep going to the doctor... Absolute nonsense, lol.

Yes, the majority of people have become "backwards" because they still have the same beliefs about vaccines... Good point! That's why I think it's so important to have an open mind. We have to keep looking at new information and question if our ideas match up to our reality.
