RE: Michigan mom says she could face jail time for not vaccinating her son
If you make them an offer they cannot refuse you won't have to refuse their offer of we'll take your kid away and vaccinate them anyway and throw your in jail if you don't vaccinate, if you refuse there is ground that they had legitimacy in their offer of "good will".
They are demanding vaccinations so they don't kidnap your child and vaccinate them anyway and throw you in jail (their "offer") and any sensible person can see that all you want is the documentation attesting to the vaccines and a nominal fee to consider such an "offer" and there is no reason why they could refuse, because if they refuse then it goes away, and if they don't refuse then they have to provide the documentation, which they cannot LOLOLOL.
Agreed. Sometimes, when confronted with extremist authoritarian demands, I default to self defense by all means possible, immediately. This may be a case of 'pick your battles'. I like the 'offer they can't refuse' angle.
I'm continually looking for a solution to 'let the extremist violation of individual rights be punished in a way that fits the crime against humanity'. Mandatory vaccination proponents are some of the most dangerous people around. They are little Mengeles, all of them.
Yes, tact goes a long way, hold them on any and all technicalities, begin with "What is your Role?" and press for clarification for everything they expound with to that question. If they don't state their role, their capacity, then alarm everyone This you are forced Against your Will by People acting in an Undisclosed Capacity, and don't stop until someone listens to you, demand your rights, detest and object to any acts denying you your rights.

Thank you for the link. It looks like an amazing resource.
I could stand to lose some of the emotional language and gain fluency in the law.
