Hey Guyzzz, the above picture is belongs to an Uttrakhand village, @Kailad. This is a style of cooking for mass public. This style is used when we celebrate anything & people gather to celebrate the occasions. Occasions like wedding, festival, god worship & many more.
We usually cook sweet rice, which is a mixture of rice & jaggery. We also cook rice, pulses, vegetables etc. Whenever you visit uttrakhand, must try local food & also the famous Pahadi chai(hilly tea).
Must visit Uttrakhand(India), it is not less then a heaven.
