Addition of Screenshot Tools to Native/Stock Android

Having used android from the time of "Gingerbread" days, it has become really clear that screenshot tools that makes editing of screenshots right away possible is not available on native android photo app (GooglePhotos), though available on third-party apps, stock android should posses such feature.

Proposal

My proposal here is that such feature should be integrated into the android architecture just as it is well implemented in the iOS platfrom without the need for third party apps thus keeping android running smooth.Thus giving her users the ability to edit screenshots right-away without third party apps.

Mockups / Examples

If my proposal is implemented, it will look something like this;
Sample1: taking from a stock (default) iphone photo screenshot/photo app

Sample2: Editing of the photo right-away from the same stock iphone screenshot/photo app

Benefits

1.This will help the user highlight a certain thing or feature on a screenshot right away without using
a third-party app.

1. Since this will integrated into the stock android architecture, it will make for a smooth running of
   android on various high-end and low-end devices.
