Most of your translations were accurate, but I found a few inaccuracies.
"Udział rodziców jest bardzo zachęcany", 'udział' cannot be 'zachęcany', it can be f. ex. 'zalecany'. If you want use a 'zachęcany' word here, it should be translated like this: "Bardzo zachęcamy do udziału rodziców".

"abyśmy mogli skontaktować się z Tobą z aktualnymi informacjami o wydarzeniach" - this is also poorly translated. It sounds much better translated like this: "abyśmy mogli skontaktować się z Tobą i poinformować Cię o aktualnościach związanych z wydarzeniami"
