Consul – Russian translation Part2
Project Details
Consul is an e-government and e-participation digital platform software originally developed for the Madrid City government. The main principles on which the platform is based are: open participation, transparency, the combination of online and offline participation, and citizen empowerment. The platform helps to manage the complexity of participation, which is often a challenging task for councils. The platform brings government closer to the citizenry by opening up direct participatory channels for policy making.

- Translation Overview
This is my second contribution to the Consul. The translation process is much easier, as I am familiar with the project and the terminologies that the project uses.
- Languages
The source language of the project is English.
I translated from English to Russian.
- Word Count
The original text contains 13209 words to translate.
According to Crowdin my contribution is 547 words (644 words as Crowdin says, minus approximately 15% of those as untranslated words and repetitive words)
