My question is: Why did you choose to start the promotion of the Actifit project with the outdated version?
Actifit has advanced beyond this version, and most of the information you are sharing is somehow antiquated.

On the content side, there are lots of issues which are more on simplifying your grammar, punctuations and, some misplaced of words. I advise that you check for errors/typos before submitting your future contributions.
