. Press the Menu button.
. Go to the Firmware version text section using the Multi Selector Button and press OK. The name of the current version can be known.
. Write down the value of the version. How to update
. Go to the site of the manufacturer (eg, nicon, canon or Nokia in your case) download the last firmware for specific models.
. You can get the zip opted out. Unzip it. Format the camera card, then copy the file there. Of course, the files in the folder can not be used, copy the route.
. Make sure the camera has full charge. Insert the card and turn on the camera.
. Go to the Firmware menu by pressing the Menu button. Select Yes on the Update screen and press OK.
. A warning message will appear. It can take a few minutes (2 to 5 minutes) to update. Do not do anything at this time.
. When the work is done the message will be gone. Turn off the camera and remove the card.
. Turn the camera back on again. The new firmware camera work is going to work. Check the firmware version in the previous method.
New firmware is available from the manufacturer's website. Keep track of updates on their site regularly.
