I was able to replicate this issue on Android 7.0.

Here's some feedback for your future contributions:

1. Issue such as this will always be deemed trivial, the way that this particular issue is replicated is very specific. You're able to add songs to the playlist in landscape if you don't rotate the screen during the process and this is a use-case that I believe won't affect the majority of this applications user bases, and it's because of this I don't believe it provides value to the project. You can see this reflected in my scoring.
2. Your expected behaviour could be improved by being more specific and slightly more formal.
3. You could format your steps slightly better if you placed these into an ordered list.
4. Your steps were detailed enough to replicate the issue without needing to view the video.
