Unfortunately, this cannot be accepted due to the repository associated with this application being inactive and as per the Utopian Rules:

Contributions on repositories that have not received any program code updates for longer than 6 months, will be automatically rejected.

Even though the last update to this particular application was on Nov 7, 2017 these changes were only made to the readme which isn't actually the program code and simply used by GitHub to show an explanation about the application. Following this, translations were also added to the application, however, this isn’t deemed as updates to the program code either. The last update to the program code was made on 1 Mar 2017 therefore because of this it cannot be accepted.
