I can see that you submitted your issue to GitHub prior to contributing and waited for the project owner to reply and to confirm that this is actually a bug. This is considered good practice and highly appreciated at Utopian. We love to see the value your contributions are having for open source project owners. Keep up the good work.

I believe you could have provided more clarity in your steps to reproduce and removed some of the informal language to make this contribution more professional.

The below shows an example of how I would have improved these steps:

1. From a fresh or pre-installed state launch the Steemia application and go to the homepage.
2. At the top of the page a bar which has the placeholder of "What's on your mind" is present, click this option and you will be redirected to the post creation page.
3. In the body of the post, type in "XYZ"
4. At the bottom of the page, you will see a set of icons in the toolbar. Click on the "eye" icon located to the far right of the toolbar.
5. Note that the page doesn't go into preview mode as expected.

As you can see my steps only marginally differ from your's, however, I've tried to make sure everything is very clear and well described.

Although not always possible, you can make your contributions even better by testing on multiple different Android versions and noting that within your contribution, you can see an example of this in the below link:

Although this isn't always necessary, it's a nice habit to get into and helps you to provide even more value to the opensource community.
