I am able to replicate the issue you mention, however, the way this is described is slightly misleading as you can submit a post and your video clearly shows you only pressing the icon rather than trying to click the button itself. I have marked this bug as negligable due to it's easy to work around and not being able to identify a device where this becomes a blocker within my testing.

1. You should have included the device which you used and mentions your screen size within this bug to help provide more information to the developer.
2. I would have liked to have seen you try to pinpoint the issue within the code and potentially tried to find a potential fix.
3. Great to see you reporting this to GitHub, I would have liked to have seen you wait for the project owners reply prior to contributing, this is considered best practice and something to consider within your next contribution.
