About the DApp:
Participating in the Nebulas Incentive Program, I made a simple DApp for keeping a record of your vaccination history. The vaccines listed are the vaccines administered under the WHO immunization program.
I believe this will help store all your immunization records in one place and really help doctors and patients all around the world.
Technology Stack Used
I used Nodejs to run a local server for serving the HTML page (which isn't really required). The Nebulas smart contract was made in javascript. NebPay.js was used to communicate with the blockchain. I also used Jquery and Bootstrap for styling purposes.
Future Plans
I plan on incorporating immunization programs of different countries in the DApp instead of the WHO standard as some countries have different immunization programs. I also plan to add a mechanism by which the patient can easily send his/her doctor a copy of the record of the vaccines he/she took.
