The app unable to open IMEI while dial *#06# by koler dial pad

Expected behavior
It should be able to see their phone imei number while typing with koler dial-pad
Actual behavior
when i typing ( *#06# ) in koler dialpad but it shows nothing .
How to reproduce
- Install and open the app
- go to dial-pad
- type (*#06#) for imei number
- and note the bug
Operating system
- App version: v0.2.8
- Android version: v8.1.0 OPMI
