The Steemit master keyword should only exist on a piece of paper or engraved in a steel plate if you wish. It should certainly not live in your browser and be autofilled in whatever log-in procedure. It´s sufficient to log-in with the posting key alone. Only if required for wallet transactions, the active key (not the master key) can be collected from a trusted pw managing software.
wow I didn't realise you can login with just your posting key! Thanks for the tips! I'm pretty worried saving my password on browser too! Thanks @shaka!
I feel the same way and would not feel comfortable with the autofill option either :-/ I am very cautious when it comes to these things.

You are right, what if you want to login, will you have to keep entering the password over and over again. What if in the process you lost your written master key on a sheet of paper.
@shaka what if you loss those password as a result of both manmade and artificial occurence as stated in the post.
Then you will need to go back to your phone to retrieve the password as suggested above.👆
