• basically this is the only tutorial-worthy command you've given: ping -n 50 -l 128 speedtest.usa.nicehash.com , which is a Windows command, which is not open source.
• in effect your tutorial has nothing to do with the application you're referring to as repo
• on which grounds did you hand-draw the notations on the earth maps??? On what info does that bring to the table? A very fast far-away server can still have faster response times than a nearby slow server...
