New Features

Added CoinTracking Export
The CSV file contains a list of all rewards and transfers of the specified account. You can use this file to import your steem transactions to CoinTracking (https://cointracking.info/import/import_csv/).
Updated data files of exchange rate and steem/mvests values (STEEM-BTC, SBD-BTC, BTC-EUR)

Thanks for the contribution, @schererf! It's a cool little tool - good job on keeping it updated. Some thoughts:

It's always interesting for me to read about newly added features, so it would be great if you could include a little more information in future contributions
I feel like the line width is pretty large, which hinders your code's readability
Your commit messages are really great!
