Steemdunk Dev Update: Automatic Reward Claiming

This feature allows automatic reward claiming once per 24 hours. It could be possible to do so in real time using virtual ops, however that would spam the blockchain with a bunch of transactions, the majority of them being micro rewards.
Changes were made across four of the repositories to implement this functionality.
