Unable to install MassTransfer app

Expected behavior
After downloading MassTransfer on my android phone. I expected that the downloaded app will be installed smoothly.
Actual behavior
When I trying to install the app it shows that "There was a problem parsing the package".
How to reproduce
- Download the v2.2.9 from here
- When the download will finish. Try to install the app and notice that thing.
- App version: 2.2.9
- Operating system: Android 6.0.1
- Device: Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016)
Hello the apk file doesnot seem to have any problem as i could install the app through the apk perfectly . I think you can check your system setting .

Thanks for your moderation! @cha0s0000. Have your phone rooted?? I am still can't install the app on my non-rooted phone. I have searched few things based on this problem and changed settings multiple times, but nothing happens. Can you please check this thing on your non-rooted phone once again??
