The French Community is (still) growing ! Look at the stat'
Hello Steemian from all the others communities !
Are you ready for some juicy stats from the french-speaking community (#fr) on Steemit ?
Those of November just got out !
Before we start I wanted to warn you : we beat all the records !
I would like to thank all the french autors and curators for their involvment in the community.
Authors and posts
Many new accounts, many new articles on all kinds of topics.
In the previous analysis we told you we might reach 1500 posts in November. In reality, 2001 posts were published by 351 different authors.
The word is starting to get out!
This is even more impressive when we know that the tag #cryptofr
actually appeared at the beginning of November òn November 10th exactly) and therefore some articles in French are not even counted here (only those with #fr are included).
Another small statistic in this regard, the articles have an average size of about 300 words. Be careful though, there are articles of all kinds of size according to the contents (texts/photos/videos/...).
Distribution of the number of articles
Concerning the distribution of articles by authors for this month of November 2017.
It is clear that there are more and more authors and that this distribution is still fairly balanced. The evolution of rewards per #fr authors can also be found hehe
But I would never say it enough, it's not quantity but rather quality that counts!
So don't hesitate to take good care of your items; -)
Comments and votes
As expected, the increase in articles and authors has led to a consequent increase in the number of interactions between users via comments (+30%) and votes (+50%).

For all new authors, please feel welcome if we haven't spoken yet. Let me also give you a small piece of advice: starting on Steem is the hardest part of your adventure. It's time for you to create an audience and choose your niche (or not).
Feel free to introduce yourself (with the tag #introduceyourself
) then go read and comment on the content published by the others. This is the best way to find an audience with whom you can exchange ideas in the future.
Rewards
This is a new category in this report. So far we have focused on community growth in terms of population and interactions. But these indicators also have implications for the rewards attributed to french-speaking content creators.
The graph can be surprising unless we remember the note from above: on November 10th the tag #cryptofr
was created.
This tag collects an important amount of rewards that were included until November 10th. Even so, the results are extremely encouraging. There is more and more curation on the tag ##fr
(you will know a little more about this in a future article; -).
Other most used tags
As you knowyou can use up to 5 tags... But do you know which ones are most used to accompany the #fr
tag?

Hi @roxane. Looks like your community is doing really well :)
I really agree with quality over quantity. The best is definitely quality AND quantity. But quality definitely should be of utmost important when finding people to join a community. I always believe quality, and with talent(the extra advantage) will do well on this platform.

Hi @roxane
It's great to see the stats show an increased engagement of the #fr community over the past few months!
In the coming weeks, it's likely that for 'Analysis' contributions we will be requesting some scripts that show how the data was collected. But for now, this is fine, thanks!
You can contact us on Discord.
