RE: SteemAX Video Tutorial - Use This App To Automatically Get More Upvotes!

in #utopian-io5 years ago

Hi @learnelectronics

Thank you for contributing to the video tutorial category.

Since this is the first time you are contributing to the category, you need to understand some of the guidelines in this category before receiving any potential rewards.

  1. To verify authorship, submissions should include mention of the contributor’s Utopian account name at the beginning of the video.
  • Your account name is @learnelectronics so you need to mention the Steemit it account name at the beginning of the video.

  • You mention in the beginning and at the end that your name is Mike but the screen at 0:08 shows that the person is Andy Kassiar.

  • There is discrepancy between what is said and what is shown on the screen in your video.

What you can do is to show us your true verification of Mike being the person behind learnelectronics.

  1. Submissions that solicit any activity such as promoting one's website and telling people to subscribe to your you-tube channel are not allowed according to Utopian Policies will not be eligible for reward.

There are constant referral to your website in the beginning of the tutorial and also asking people to subscribe to your you-tube channel are not allowed.

Perhaps you can take a look at one of our successful video tutorial instructor. This will give you an idea of how you can get potential rewards in the video cateogry:

This is rediculous. I have complied with all of the guidelines for video tutorial submissions. The github repository is "github.com/artolabs" The name of the project is Artolabs. Artolabs is the title of the page we are having this discussion on. Artolabs is clearly a title screen displayed at the beginning of the video. But because I didn't verbally say "Artolabs" at the beginning of the video (I say it at the end) this isn't good enough for you??? The video is posted on youtube.com/artopiumcom. Artopium is the other titlescreen displayed at the beginning of the video. Andy Kassier makes gifs that I used for my video because I thought they were entertaining. I make a clear distinction at the beginning and the end of the video that he is not me. It's not like I'm trying to fool anyone.

I spent over 3 weeks making this video! It took DAYS for it to compile on my crappy computer so it could meet the requirement of 720p. You better believe I made this video and I want credit for that!

This is the complete set of rules from Utopian.io. NOWHERE does it mention that I cannot mention my youtube channel or website. https://join.utopian.io/guidelines/

To be considered for potential reward, end-user focused tutorials must provide clear instructions of substantial project functions that are unique to that specific Open Source project and essential learning requirements for end-users.
Tutorials containing process videos, such as gameplay, content creation, simple on-screen instructions, basic instructions for/in ubiquitous functions (Save, Open, Print, etc.), or (4) basic programming concepts (variables, operators, loops, etc.) will not be considered for potential reward.
To verify authorship, submissions should include mention of the contributor’s Utopian account name at the beginning of the video.
A submission may be refused potential rewards if the moderator provides a link to a superior tutorial on the same subject.
To be considered for potential reward, video tutorials should be presented in an organized and well prepared fashion. Presenters should speak clearly and professionally and videos should not contain any substantial pauses.
Video Tutorials using machine generated voice-over will not be considered for potential reward.
Video resolution should be at least 720p (HD). Audio should be of high quality and not contain any substantial background noise or distortions.
Submitted video should be hosted on either YouTube or DTube and embedded in the submission post and must not be older than 14 days.
Contributors providing a text version of a video tutorial should include the full text or a link to the full text in their submissions. Note that contributors cannot submit this text as a separate contribution in the Tutorial category.
Submissions that include a GitHub repository with additional materials (like code samples), should be linked to the repository of the original project discussed in the tutorial and not the supplementary repository created for the contribution. Links to the supplementary repository for the post should be included in the submission post.
Submissions containing unexplained essential steps, codes or examples will not be considered for potential reward.
Submissions addressing only circuit design and/or the build of specific electronic modules will not be considered for potential reward.
To be considered for reward, “Foundation level” tutorials should only be submitted by a contributor who has already submitted five professional quality video tutorial contributions to that project and has submitted more than 20 professional quality video tutorial contributions in total to various projects.
Submissions of foundation level tutorials will be considered for reward only if the contributor submitted at least 5 contributions to the project, and 20+ high quality video tutorials to other projects. Foundation level concepts are straightforward in complexity, unique to an Open Source project and required learning for users.

I have been a member of Utopian.io for a long time. Have you bothered to notice that I am the sole creator of SteemAX? What more proof of identity do you want????? You are literally the worst moderator.

Thank you for your review, @rosatravels! Keep up the good work!
