RE: C++ Tutorial : How to create a Parking Fee Management System in C++ using CodeLite
Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
- Tutorials in Utopian should contribute on the linked project, in your case it's C++ not CodeLite. And general C++ tutorials are not accepted since there is no proper repository for C++ in GitHub. You shouldn't use IDE repositories for programming tutorials.

So can i get repository for c++ language to make a contribution ? I am confused with your comment
Since there is no proper repository for C/C++ programming languages, contributions on these languages cannot be approved. This is a general Utopian rule, leaves no possibility for approval with C/C++ contributions.
thanks for your advice, i have to search other programming language for make a contribution and i'll improve it better than previous contribution in future
